Payment policy
Hello and thank you for taking your time to consider buying our service. As it's very important to us to keep things crystal clear as much as we can. Here are our policies in a form of FAQ (to make it easier to read). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask our customer service or simply launch the live chat we have here.
P1. When do you take payments?
We do not take payments from you unless you authorize us to do so and all of our services are renewed annually, and then we will provide you with an option where you can automate renewal payments so that you don't miss a payment and experience interruption.
P2. Would you continue building features for us after payments if we need an additional feature that wasn't mentioned before buying?
When you pay for our product means you are satisfied and agreed with the current state of our platform to match your business needs. We are not obligated to build any additional features for you. Having this said doesn't also mean that we won't. We will absolutely try our best to build what we can for you and we will let you know about what we can't and with reasons to justify why we may not be able to. However we can promise you that we will try our best to meet your business needs even after purchase.
P3. Do we need to list all of our business requirements before buying?
It is recommended in the case of your business requiring a feature or something that we cannot provide. you can provide your business requirements that are missing from our platform.
P4. What if you couldn't meet our requirement, can we build it ourselves?
Absolutely! Even if you decided to build something without asking us first. We have a very extensive and powerful API that contains more than 3,500 and growing features and capabilities for every single feature we built, this will be made available to you during trial and after purchasing our product. But please do ask us and reach out to our team, your confidentiality is very important to us. But for your time and investment, use our team to guide you to the fastest and most righteous lane for what you want to do.
Refund policy
R1. Do we need to provide you with a notice before cancellation?
Yes, one week at least before your next billing month cycle. Meaning if you purchased our platform on 15th of February, then your monthly cycles will always be between 15th of the month the 15th of the next month.
R2. Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, 25% of the total payment
R3. Do I get full refund?
No. If you purchased our service and decided to cancel after 6 month and 1 day, then we will charge you our cancellation fees (see R2 above) and 7 months of service consumption. Please see R1 for details on how to avoid paying for a full month because of couple of days exceeded from monthly billing cycle.
